Quick answer

Can I get free remakes if the Santa letter has a mistake?

I can't promise free remakes, because I don't know the current policy. Whether a mistake gets fixed, and whether that costs anything, is set by the seller

I can't promise free remakes, because I don't know the current policy. Whether a mistake gets fixed, and whether that costs anything, is set by the seller and can change. Check the refund, correction or support terms on the official A Little Santa Magic site before you order, and keep your order confirmation handy.

Why I won't guess

Guessing at guarantees is how people end up annoyed. Nothing here is a promise of free redos, and the site's own wording is the only thing that counts. If the terms aren't clear, ask support in writing before you pay and save the reply.

Check your own entries first

Many "mistakes" start with what was typed in, and it's worth knowing that a seller may treat a customer's typo differently from an error on their side. Before you submit:

Names are the usual trouble spot

If the letter includes a voice element, an unusual name may be pronounced differently from how your family says it. That's a separate issue from a spelling error. If you find a mistake after ordering

  1. Don't share or print it yet.
  2. Take a screenshot of the error and of your original entries.
  3. Contact support quickly, with your order details and a plain description of what's wrong.
  4. Ask directly what they can do: a correction, a replacement or a refund.

Timing matters

If Christmas is close, a slow reply can hurt more than the mistake itself. The delivery and last-minute orders page explains what to know about timing. If you're buying as a gift for someone else's child, it's also worth reading the notes for grandparents, aunts, uncles and godparents, since you'll be relying on details a parent supplies.

Who this is not great for

If you need a firm, guaranteed remake policy and can't find one in writing, you may want to wait or choose something else. Also, if you're uneasy about entering a child's details, read the privacy and child data page first.
